- Trim the wick to 1/4" length before every burn
- Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Do not burn the candle for longer than 4 hours at a time
- When burning the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours to avoid tunneling
- Keep away from children and pets
- Keep away from drafts and things that can catch fire
- If the flame seems too large, blow out the candle, carefully trim the wick (you can use a wick trimmer or nail clippers), and relight
